A bed of fried kimchi and iceberg lettuce Big chunks of fried chicken thigh fillet coated in gochujang sauce with a hot honey drizzle and sriracha to warm things up
Korean Fried Chicken
The best selling item on the menu! our Korean Fried Chicken uses carefully selected ingredients by chef Lan to bring you that authentic and delicious taste. Juicy chicken thigh fillets are coated in your choice of homemade sauces to bring it all to life.

We offer a selection of Korean fried chicken, K corn dogs and a selection of kimchi loaded fries our Menu has something for everyone.

Chef Lan brings 40 years of experience growing up in Seoul submerged in some of the most delicious foods on the planet along with some of the best fried chicken you can get your lips around.

If you are looking to hire us for an event please get in touch with your requirements and we would be delighted to put a package together for you, we can build a menu around you. Ian does do fancy dress requests and won’t charge extra for this!!

They can be found on a Sunday at the Gog Magog farm shop from noon. The family were excited to try the k-dogs and they were not disappointed. Hubby enjoyed the original. I loved the surprisingly light and fluffy batter. I’ve been lusting after the loaded kimchi fries for ages. And they did not disappoint. Mouthwateringly delicious – I’m already planning my next trip. Manna Seoul have definitely found a special place on the Cambridge food scene!
